Benefits: The sponsor for the Urbandale Chamber's Best in Class awards aligns themselves with excellence recognizing the efforts for 24 different business categories. This sponsorship includes: Business logo at the top of the official survey where the general public and members vote for businesses in the 24 different classifications. The survey is distributed to the entire membership and all registered representatives. It is also distributed on the Chamber's social media outlets. A representative of the sponsoring company has the opportunity to say a few words at the podium before helping announce the award winners during Sample Urbandale, A Celebration of Business event. In addition, the rep can stand with the Chamber Chair during the official photo with all the Best in Class winners. This is an excellent opportunity for face time at the event in front of approximately 350 attendees. Event Perk: Two (2) Complimentary tickets to attend the event on November 10, 2022. ($70 value). Please note: If this event will be virtual to follow board policy, you will be contacted with format information and additional virtual event perks prior to the event.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
