Benefits: Align your company with supporting Young Professionals! Benefits: Gain naming rights to the genYP CEO panelt! The Presenting Sponsor will receive naming rights for the genYP CEO Panel event on April 28, 2022, e.g. genYP CEO Panel, Presented by (your company). This event is promoted in the following ways: On the Urbandale Chamber website, www.uniquelyurbandale.com, and the Greater Des Moines Partnership website www.desmoinesmetro.com, on the genYP social media pages, and on an electronic invitation sent to the Urbandale Chamber membership. This event promotion includes the Presenting Sponsor's logo, as provided, and/or the Presenting Sponsor's business name. At the event, the Presenting Sponsor receives the ability to display signage, as provided, have the ability to welcome guests and provide a two-minute commercial, and the ability to provide volunteers as official greeters. This sponsorship is complete with five complimentary tickets to the event ($50 value). Lastly, the Presenting Sponsor receives an electronic list of all participating attendees for marketing purposes following each event. The Presenting Sponsor may also have the opportunity to host the event at their location if the sponsor meets the space requirements of seating for a minimum of 50 people. Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
