Benefits: Align your company with supporting young professionals! The Gold sponsors have their company name on all event promotions. This event promotion will include promotion on the event calendars on www.uniquelyurbandale.com and www.desmoinesmetro.com and on the genYP and Chamber's social media sites. This sponsorship is complete with two complimentary tickets to the event ($20 value). In addition, Gold Sponsors may provide promotional material for each attendee. At the event on Thursday, April 28, 2022, the Gold Sponsors are publicly recognized. The event takes place from 8:30-10:30 am. Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
