Benefits: Align your company with supporting Young Professionals! The Gold Sponsors have the opportunity for face-time exposure by displaying their products/services to attendees at the genYP Kick-Off. Each attendee is encouraged to visit each sponsor to talk with them about their business. In addition to the display table, the Gold Sponsors can provide a prize ($75+ value) for drawings throughout the evening. A representative from your business will be able to draw the name for your prize. Benefits: This event is promoted on the Urbandale Chamber website, www.uniquelyurbandale.com, the Greater Des Moines Partnership website www.desmoinesmetro.com, and on the genYP social media sites. This event promotion includes the Gold Sponsor's name. It is promoted on the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce Facebook page and Twitter account, and an emailed invitation sent to the Urbandale Chamber membership. At the event, the Gold Sponsor receives recognition during the program. This event will take place on January xx, 2023. Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
