Benefits: This sponsorship is for the company that wants continual promotion throughout the year and exposure to active leaders in the chamber, as well as seen by event attendees as the new member programming sponsor. As the New Member Programming Sponsor your company has the perfect positioning/brand recognition as we onboard and engage new chamber members through the following tactics: - Recognition: Your business name recognition on "welcome" emails to announce new members to the Board of Directors, Connectors, and other key leaders (monthly distribution to approximately 50 key leaders) and your business representative are copied on that communication for immediate new member contact information. - Recognition/Hosting: Your business may host the New Member Reception at your location (must be able to fit approximately 75 people both standing and sitting, plus provide heavy appetizers/beverages for attendees) and, as the sponsor, you will be given recognition during the promotion of this event. Your representative may speak for 3 minutes about your company, or provide a tour if desired, plus host a table to hand out marketing materials. ($495 value) - Recognition: Your business's name recognition as "New Member Programming Sponsor" throughout the year as a sponsor of the monthly Maximize Your Membership events, plus signage recognizing your business during the IMPACT Breakfast when we have new members at the New Member table. You will also have the ability to have a marketing flyer/items to hand to attendees at both events. - Social Media Coverage: Your business is featured and thanked quarterly on Facebook/Twitter as the "2022 New Member Programming Sponsor." - Content Library: Your business's name recognition as "New Member Programming Sponsor" on the New Member tutorial material located in our content library; where members will have 24/7 access to the how-to's of their Member Information Center. - Signage/Representation/Ticket: You receive one complimentary ticket to attend the 2022 IMPACT Breakfasts ($100 value) and stand at the new member table with signage "2022 New Member Programming Sponsor" to welcome attendees. Space may be limited, so work with staff on promotional items to hand out, if desired.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
