Benefits: B.A.S.H. \| Where Members Meet Presenting Sponsorship is perfect for a company interested in being in front of business professionals once a quarter. The Presenting Sponsor records a video message to promote each of the six B.A.S.H. events. Within this short marketing video, the sponsor may communicate a company marketing message. 2022 Dates: April 7, June 2, August 4, October 6, December 1, and February 3, 2023. This video is distributed using the Chamber's social media channels and emailed to every member receiving event emails (approximately 3,300). In addition, the video is embedded in the online listing promoting the event. This event listing is found on the Urbandale Chamber's website and the Greater Des Moines Partnership's event calendar. In 2020, the Presenting Sponsor videos had an average reach of 1,417 people per month with 188 post clicks for the average engagement and 93 action/comments/shares. At the event, the Presenting sponsor has the opportunity to emcee the event (if desired), which includes welcoming everyone, introducing and thanking the bi-monthly sponsor. The Presenting sponsor is also encouraged to bring and display their business banner near the registration table. Lastly, the Presenting Sponsor receives an electronic list of all participating attendees for marketing purposes following each event. Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
