Name of Sponsorship: IMPACT Breakfast Speaker Series - April 20 - IMPACT Exhibitor
Benefits: Event Perk - Receive one ticket to the breakfast ($20 value). Recognition - Display your products/services to attendees at the breakfast. Each attendee is encouraged to visit exhibitors to talk with them about their business. Sponsors may collect business cards at their tables to conduct their own drawings and follow up with attendees. In addition to the display table, IMPACT exhibitors are recognized and asked to stand during breakfast. Prior to the breakfast, exhibitors have their business name on the event listing on www.uniquelyurbandale.com and www.desmoinesmetro.com. The event listing is also emailed to Chamber members prior to the breakfast (approx. 2,000). The April IMPACT breakfast takes place on April 20, 2022. Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
