Benefits: The May 11, 2022 KEY in Des Moines meeting will take place virtually, hosted by Grand View University. The speaker has yet to be determined. This sponsorship is perfect for businesses interested in promoting their companies to Business Owners, HR Professionals and Colleges/University staff. The May sponsor is featured on the event promotion as the sponsoring business for this event. The event promotion is emailed to potential attendees interested in attending KEY events (approx 1500 emails). The event is also promoted on www.uniquelyurbandale.com and www.desmoinesmetro.com. The May sponsor has the opportunity to address the attendees for up to 2-minutes at the beginning of the event. Lastly, the May sponsor receives a list of all attendees for future marketing. 100% of the sponsorship is placed toward the fees associated with the KEY in Des Moines program.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
