Benefits: We are looking to partner with media outlets interested in aligning themselves with a feel-good community event encouraging the community to support local businesses. We are looking for this opportunity to be provided in trade. In exchange, we will promote the Media Sponsor as a supporter of the event ($250 value). If interested, will have the ability to provide volunteers for face time in front of the participating businesses and attendees with a volunteer station at a local business to help distribute poker cards to the attendees. If interested, this opportunity also includes 2 tickets to give away or use to participate in the event ($20value) and a list of all registered attendees. 2022 Pajama Poker Run will be held on Saturday, December 3.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
