Name of Sponsorship: Connector Program - NEW! Presenting Sponsor Connector Program
Benefits: To be the Presenting Sponsor of the Connector Programming is to be aligning your company with the most connected group of active volunteers in the Chamber. This group sets the bar for networking and relationship-building and is highly motivated, highly active, highly visible, and highly connected - and your business name would be in front of them showing support throughout the year. In addition to being placed in front of this highly visible group of networking igniters, you also have the opportunity for further exposure as your company is a featured guest once a quarter at the Connector Monthly meeting. During this meeting, you are invited to give a 5-minute overview of your company. You may also hand out marketing brochures/giveaways during that meeting/presentation. Marketing/Advertising: Your company logo is displayed on the Connector of The Month announcement each month. This announcement highlights the Connector that has earned the most points by being engaged in Chamber programming. This announcement is shared on the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce's social media pages, as well as the Connector's Facebook page. (12/year - $600 value). First Friday Pop-Ins: Your business card (as supplied) to be included in our Monthly "Thank You" for being a member card that is delivered through our First Friday Pop-In program. Branding the Connector Facebook Page: Your business logo is displayed on the Connector Facebook Page; furthering your brand exposure to our largest volunteer group (Value $695). Monthly agenda: Your logo is displayed at each monthly meeting (12/year) agenda. Marketing/Advertising: Share your business with the over 5,000 followers of the Urbandale Chamber Facebook page with a post highlighting your business, a promotion, or an event of your choosing. You will need to provide the content, copy, and any hashtags you would like to promote. Your Facebook page will be tagged to encourage our followers to interact with your page. In addition, we will pay to boost the post to reach a potential additional 1,500 people, for a total reach of potentially 6,500 people. SAMPLE URBANDALE: The opportunity to present the Connector of the Year award to the recipient during Sample Urbandale, A Celebration of Business, and stand next to the recipient with the Chamber Chair during the official photo ($1,000 Value). This sponsorship also includes Two (2) complimentary tickets to attend the event on November 10, 2022 ($70 value). *Includes 2 reserved chairs for guests in a prime location for AWARDS. Includes four (4) drink tickets. Sample Recognition - You receive logo recognition on the invitation mailed to 700+ business professionals, company logo on the event program, in the Chamber e-newsletter before and after the event (3,300 circulations), business name on the Greater Des Moines Partnership and Urbandale Chamber websites announcing the event, and on signage, as provided, at the event and on the PowerPoint used during the event along with recognition from the podium. In addition, a company representative may welcome attendees before the Award Ceremony, give a one-minute commercial about their business.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
