Benefits: The first 100 to register will be given a mutually-decided thank you gift of at least a $15 value. We are looking for a company that wants to align itself with the success of the Chamber by putting its name/logo on the gift item, along with the Urbandale Chamber's name. Receive logo recognition on the invitation mailed to 700+ business professionals, in the Chamber e-newsletter before and after the event (3,300 circulations), business name on the Greater Des Moines Partnership and Urbandale Chamber websites announcing the event. The event is planned for Tuesday, June 21, 2022.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
