Name of Sponsorship: NEW! Youth Job & Apprenticeship Fair - Refreshment Sponsor
Benefits: We want to provide a snack and beverage for students participating in the event scheduled for Thursday, April 21st from 2:30 - 5 p.m. since the event starts right after school. The Refreshment Sponsor will receive signage on the refreshment table so students know you provided the snacks for the event. This sponsor will also receive their name and/or logo on all of the marketing materials distributed to students and employers. This includes, but is not limited to promotion of the event on uniquelyurbandale.com, the Chamber's e-newsletter and flyer distribution to both students and employers. In addition, the Refreshment sponsor will receive an exhibit booth at the event for student interviews which will be placed close to the refreshment station ($100 value). Lastly, the Refreshment Sponsor will receive their name and a short company description on the map distributed the day of to the students attending the event.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
