20 Under 40 - A Young Professional Program

Opelika's 20 Under 40 Program is made up of 20 outstanding individuals under the are of 40 who live in Opelika. The program is designed to expose highly motivated young professionals the intricate workings of the city, school system, industry, public service and more through 2 retreats, 2 socials, 16 sessions and a class selected service project. 

The 20 Under 40 program will be in its 15th year and is dedicated to developing leaders by providing the following opportunities:

• Learning about Opelika through community and government affairs leadership courses.
• Giving back to the community through a class service project for a local non-profit organization
• Developing professionally through training and skill-based learning initiatives
• Engaging and connections with each other as well as forging relationships with local business and organization leaders.
