Event to be held on the 3rd Thursday of the month. No exceptions.

Host Responsibilities:
• Event space and parking should accommodate 75 - 100 attendees
• Arrange and pay for food refreshments and beverages such as water, tea, soft drinks
• Provide registration table at venue entrance
• Provide a prize to be given away in a drawing

Host Recommendations:
• Alcoholic beverages (drink tickets to be used; sponsor accepts all liability)
• Entertainment
