TRADE ONLY- Sponsor agrees to provide approximately 200+ $5 gift cards or coupons which we will distributed to ticket-holders of the 2022 Celebration of Business, Sample Urbandale virtual award program which will be broadcast on November 19, 2020. Sponsor agrees to arrange drop off of gift cards/coupons to the chamber office (or if you need us to pick them up please let us know). Please arrange drop off the week of October 26th.
Disclaimer: By signing this contract, food vendors hereby agree to indemnify and defend the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce along with their agents and employees and save them harmless from and against any and all claims, loss, liability and expense in connection with the loss of life, personal injury and damage to property arising from or out of the food served and space used by the company named in this contract. The term of this agreement shall be from November 19 thru November 19, 2020.
