Benefits: This event marks the official end of the annual Total Resource Campaign. The sponsor receives their name/logo on all pre and post event promotions, on the website www.uniquelyurbandale.com and www.desmoinesmetro.com, as well as through direct e-mails to the volunteers, and the exclusive privilege of displaying your company's marketing material and signage (provided by sponsor) at the Victory Party. In addition, as sponsor, a representative of your company is invited to assist in the celebration at the event and receives 2-minutes of "facetime" during the Victory Party. Why sponsor the TRC campaign? You gain exposure to area CEO's and leading volunteers. These are the companies and volunteers in Urbandale making a difference. The Victory Party is March 9, 2020.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
