Recognition - Naming rights for Central Iowa Business Academy Leadership Track as the event is named CIB Academy Leadership Track, presented by (your company name).
Build strong CONNECTIONS and RELATIONSHIPS through face time with a welcoming video promo recorded in advance of the event and distributed on social media networks. This video will either be recorded using Zoom or recorded in-person at the Urbandale Chamber office. The video message is used to promote each of 6 sessions of the series. Within this short marketing video, the sponsor may communicate a company marketing message.
This video is distributed using the Chamber's social media channels and emailed to every member receiving event emails (approximately 3,500). In addition, the video is embedded in the online listing promoting the events. These event listings are found on the Urbandale Chamber's event calendar on www.uniquelyurbandale.com and the Greater Des Moines Partnership's event calendar.
Receive publicity on the www.uniquelyurbandale.com and www.dsmpartnership.com, with a link to your website, as the presenting sponsor of the CIB Academy Leadership Track in the Chamber Events listings for the entire year.
Signage provided by the Presenting Sponsor is placed at each of the six CIB Academy Leadership Track sessions.
Marketing also includes social media pushes on the Chamber's Facebook and LinkedIn pages promoting the event and the presenting sponsor.
The sponsor will also receive a list of attendees after each session.
At each CIB Academy, you may provide flyers to share with each participant.
In addition, receive a 2-minute commercial opportunity at each CIB Academy event and assist the Chamber Leadership Team in emceeing the event. This sponsorship takes place from April 2023 - February 2024.
