On the Urbandale Chamber website, www.uniquelyurbandale.com, and the Greater Des Moines Partnership website www.desmoinesmetro.com, on the genYP social media pages, and on an electronic invitation sent to the Urbandale Chamber membership. This event promotion includes the Presenting Sponsor's logo, provided by the sponsor, and/or the Presenting Sponsor's business name.
At the event, the Presenting Sponsor receives the ability to display signage, provided by the sponsor, have the ability to welcome guests and provide a two-minute commercial, and the ability to provide volunteers as official greeters. The Presenting Sponsor may also distribute information to attendees by placing promotional products on every table.
Lastly, the Presenting Sponsor receives an electronic list of all participating attendees for marketing purposes following the event.
