Be the exclusive branding on the "attendee bag" that is given to everyone when they check in for the event. Your logo will be present throughout the day as attendees stop at exhibitor booths, head to their next breakout session and gather back in the main ballroom for keynote messages. This sponsorship will provide 400 attendee bags.

Includes:

- Company logo on CIBC "attendee bags" to be distributed at registration.
- Prominent placement of your exhibitor booth next to the registration table to enhance conversations as soon as attendees check in.
- Once conference attendees have checked in they will be directed to your table to pick up their event bag allowing for maximum coverage of your brand and attendee interaction.
- Signage, provided by the sponsor, to be visible at the exhibitor booth and near the registration table.
- Exhibitor booths include one 6' draped table, 2 side chairs, and 1 wastebasket. If electricity is needed, there is an additional $15 fee. Please note if electricity will be needed.
- Exhibitor Booth Sponsors receive one (1) full conference ticket (includes lunch and access to refreshments and conference sessions). ($325 Value).
- One additional luncheon ticket. ($50 value)
- Listing of company description, logo, and web link on the conference app, program, and website.
- Receive an electronic listing of all registered attendees following the conference.
- Exhibitors have the ability to collect business cards for a drawing on the day of the conference. If the value of the prize exceeds $100, winners can be announced using the Whova app, which pushes information to all CIBC attendees for additional exposure.
