Benefits: The sponsor for the Urbandale Chamber's 2023 Young Professional of the Year award aligns themselves with excellence and support of Young Professionals early in their careers. This sponsorship includes: The opportunity to hand the winner the balloon bouquet and say a few words during the Young Professional of the Year surprise. The Chair of the YP leadership committee emcees this event and makes the announcement. The sponsor will immediately follow to hand the balloon bouquet and say a few words of congratulations before turning the floor over to the winner. The opportunity to present the award to the recipient during Sample Urbandale, A Celebration of Business, and stand next to the recipient with the Chamber Chair during the official photo. Event Perk: Two (2) complimentary tickets to attend the event on September 21, 2023 ($70 value). *Includes 2 reserved chairs for guests in a prime location for AWARDS. Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
