Benefits: The sponsor receives their name/logo on all pre and post-event promotions, on the website www.uniquelyurbandale.com and www.dsmpartnership.com, as well as through direct e-mails to the volunteers, and the exclusive privilege of handing out your company's marketing material before the luncheon. In addition, as a sponsor, a representative of your company is invited to speak about your business - the speaker receives 2-minutes of "facetime" during the TRC Rally Session.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
