Benefits: Here's your chance to SPOTLIGHT your business and genYP members in the March genYP E-Newsletter and genYP social media pages! The spotlight and design is guided by the genYP Marketing team. This spotlight is intended to be through a recorded video, but may be a written article if you prefer. Below the video, a summary of your spotlight will be included. Members of the genYP Marketing team will assist with recording the video, it's design, or crafting of the article based on your provided information (if necessary). Sponsorship Perks through video or article: - Give a written/printed description of your business. - Share business accomplishments & activity in the community. - Highlight genYP members within your organization. - Record a video with a genYP Marketing team member to showcase your business, genYP members and employees. - This spotlight will be highlighted in the March E-Newsletter that is shared through a blast email to all genYP members. It will also be shared in the same edition month on all genYP social media channels. This publication will reach all genYP membership, currently at 150 membership base and quickly growing. A genYP marketing team member will reach out to you by the 10th of the previous month to complete the marketing piece. All material to be finalized by the 25th of the previous month. Disclaimer: This sponsorship is not an opportunity to direct sell. This will be a marketing piece guided by the genYP Marketing team. This spotlight is to highlight your organization, share the company mission and line of work with the reader and showcase your employees.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
