Name of Sponsorship: Business Spotlight - February 2024 Business Spotlight
Benefits: This package provides a perfect mix of in-person exposure and virtual marketing. Virtual Marketing: This sponsorship includes a Business Spotlight feature in the Chamber's e-newsletter sent to approximately 3,500 members representatives ($200 value). On average, the e-newsletter has an open rate of 36%, which is over the industry average. This feature includes either a logo/photo, short company description with link to a company website, OR could include a company video as supplied by the sponsor. The sponsor must provide their article content or video to Chamber staff by January 17, 2024. Failure to submit content by this date forfeits this opportunity without a refund. For social exposure, the sponsoring business will receive a business spotlight post shared on the Chamber's Facebook page and Twitter to potentially reach our 5,500+ followers. In Person Exposure: Every month, hundreds of people meet at the Chamber office through the five Contacts & Contracts groups, MOXIE - Business Owners Roundtable, Board Meetings, events and meeting room rentals. Business Spotlight is an opportunity to feature your business for one month in the Chamber Board Room. For ONE MONTH, this sponsorship includes the ability to put up a pop-up banner and display brochures or conduct a drawing on a 2'x3' table. The sponsorship starts on the 1st of the month and ends on the last work-day of the month at 5 pm

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
