Benefits: Recognition - Receive face-time recognition during the event by having the opportunity to address the attendees briefly before introducing the forum moderator. In addition, display your products/services during the networking exhibition ($175 value). Each attendee is encouraged to visit sponsors to talk with them about their business. Exhibitors may collect business cards to conduct a drawing if desired. Sponsors may also distribute information to attendees on every chair. Prior to the event, sponsors have their logo and/or business name in the event listing on www.uniquelyurbandale.com, www.dsmpartnership.com , and mentioned during the promotional video used to promote the event on social media and to the membership. Event Perk - Receive prime seating at a front table and receive two complimentary sack lunches ($30 value) and receive an electronic list of all registered attendees for follow up. The Candidate Forum will be held at the E.J. Giovannetti Shelter on Thursday, October 20,2023.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
