This sponsorship will provide 500 attendee journals. Includes: - Company logo on CIBC Journal to be distributed at registration. - Receive One(1) ticket to the conference ($325 value). - Trade show booth located inside the main ballroom ($550 Value) Exhibitor booths include one 6' draped table, 2 side chairs, and 1 wastebasket. If electricity is needed, there is an additional $15 fee. Please note if electricity will be needed. - Online exposure - Blogs, Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook ($600 Value) - After the event, sponsors receive a list of all registered attendees to the 2023 conference for follow-up marketing The event will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at the Meadows Events Center at Prairie Meadows.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
