Central Iowa Business Conference: Media Sponsor

We are looking to partner with four media outlets - one in print, one in radio, one digital, and one in television to market the event. This sponsorship is a $5,000 media trade. In exchange, the Urbandale Chamber will promote the media sponsor as a major partner of the event.

- Receive Five (5) tickets to attend/distribute ($1,625 value).
- Receive One (1) Conference Exhibitor Booth ($550 value).
Exhibitor booths include one 6' draped table, 2 side chairs, and
1 wastebasket. If electricity is needed, there is an additional
$15 fee. Please note if electricity will be needed.
- Receive an electronic list of all registered attendees to the conference for a follow-up marketing post-event.
- Listed on the CIBC Conference Whova App, conference program, and conference website. Your business logo will also be included on the event banner.
- Ability to add promotional materials to the goodie bag given to each conference attendee
